review rating 5 I'm so glad I contacted Malcolm at We-Cool Air Conditioning. If you want an honest company that is going to do what's best for YOU, then you can't go past We-Cool Air Conditioning. Read on..... When our air conditioning units stopped working, we had another local company come out to assess them for repairs. The 'other' company quoted almost $2000 to attempt to repair both units with no guarantees they could be fixed and the repairman suggested it might be best to replace both units. As we are selling our house, we really didn't want to spend that sort of money, and because I wasn't confident with the first company, I decided to get quotes on replacing the units with We-Cool Air Conditioning. I sent Malcolm from We-Cool Air Conditioning, photos of the units and he asked why we weren't just getting them repaired. Long story short, Malcolm could have just quoted us for replacing two units, but he was confident he could fix them instead, saving us thousands! AND HE DID! Less than $500 dollars later and both units are working again! What more could anyone ask for? An experienced and honest tradesperson that looks for ways to save his clients money - I think that's what everyone wants. 5 star service from beginning to end. Thank you.

review rating 5 I called We-Cool because my old split system had broken down. Malcolm called back that afternoon stating he could come out the next morning. Unfortunately my old unit could not be revived. However Malcolm was able to quote me on a new system at a very competitive price. Even better, Malcolm and Mark were able to fit me in the very next morning for installation. Malcolm and Marks work is very professional, on time & clean. They took all packaging and the old system away. Would absolutely recommend Malcolm and Mark from We-Cool for any air conditioning needs.
